Shaykh Alomgir Ali is a graduate of Islamic Law (BA) from the University of al Azhar al Sharif (Cairo, Egypt) and also holds a BA in Arabic and English Language. He possesses a number of Ijāzahs (licenses) including for the Qur'ān and has authored and translated a number of books. He has been teaching Arabic and Islamic disciplines for over 12 years in various different educational institutes and has worked as an Imām in London and has delivered sermons and lectures in the UK and Europe.
